On behalf of the PAC Executive team, WELCOME to the Cook PAC page!
As a part of the Cook community, you are automatically a valued member of the Parent Advisory Council. The PAC is a forum for parents and guardians to discuss matters that impact our school. We also plan fundraising activities and community-building events that support our students’ learning. Please come out to our meetings to stay informed with school happenings, connect with other families, and have a voice in making the very most of your child(ren)’s experience at Cook.

PAC Meeting Dates
All meetings occur on Wednesday afternoon @ 3pm in the School Library: December 17th, February 25th, May 27th (AGM)
PAC Fundraising
The Cook School PAC engages in an number of fundraising events throughout the school year. We aim to foster a sense of community with our fundraising initiatives as we raise much needed finances to enhance our children's educational experience at Cook.
Hot Lunch Fundraisers
Please note that for any hot lunch date, ordering closes 8 days prior to the date as we need time to process and submit orders and the caterers require time to prepare meals. However, ordering for later hot lunch dates for the rest of a term is always available.
Please do not contact caterers directly to submit orders as they cannot look after individual orders with our school submissions.
